The account, the contact page a finder sees and the messages they send you are the same either way, and we will tell you in advance if that ever changes.
Any print shop or library can print the sheet, and it is an ordinary PDF-style page with no special paper needed. If you would rather not print at all, a manufactured label pack does the same job with a code already on it.
